High Five!

There is this challenge at Use Your Stash blog to create a LO using five different patterned papers.

Here is my take:

My LO's title is Cutie featuring my darling daughter, Dannah. I used Cherry Arte pp's left from the ones I used in Rekindled Moments' Cherry Arte Contest sometime in November last year.

I'm so glad that I am able to use my stash to create LO's.

Blog Challenge Prize

Last May, I participated in Heather Ruwe's blog challenge - Creative Block Survival Guide Challenge. It ran for several days and I joined in almost all of the challenges she issued. Luckily, I won! I received my prize last week. It was a package containing K and Co papers and stickers (Brenda Walton Classic line) and some flowers.

Here it is:

Thanks so much Heather! Do drop by her blog at scrapbookbakery.blogspot.com

I'm blogging again

More than one month after, 25 layouts, 6 mini albums, 3 cards and 1 altered item, I'm blogging again.

I'm so happy because four of my prizes from winning in contests/challenges abroad arrived, the first of which I received last May 13. It was my prize for emerging 2nd in Singapore's Scrappin Kids Ultimate Scrapper Contest. Wati, a DT member of SK sent the prizes to Issa who was declared SK's first Ultimate Scrapper. Here it is:

A WRMK mini album with page protectors, Inque Boutique stamp, puncher, Jenni Bowlin stickers and Tsukineko inks

A note from Wati

My next prize pack came last May 17 (Scrapfest) through the kindness of Lee's husband who brought home the goodies with him. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Imao. Thanks to Candy too. She was the one who brought the goodies during the Scrapfest. By the way this prize is from my win at A Peek into Yesterday's Nothing but Paper contest. This is what I got from my $25 GC:
